This Payment Policy sets out the payment terms for purchases made on durianpark.com, operated by Wizleo Equity Management (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“DurianPark”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through our secure payment gateway, which supports:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard);
- FPX online banking with participating Malaysian banks;
- E-wallets supported by our payment gateway.
Available payment options are displayed at checkout and may vary from time to time.
2. Currency
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where prices are displayed in another currency through a currency converter, the converted amount is for reference only; the actual charge is made in MYR and your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate and any associated fees will apply.
3. When Payment Is Taken
Payment is taken at the time you place your order, unless a deposit or booking arrangement applies under our Booking Policy. Your order is processed only once payment has been successfully authorised and received.
4. Payment Security
All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection. We do not collect or store your full card or banking credentials on our servers; these are handled directly by the payment gateway. 5. Taxes
Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where Sales and Service Tax (SST) or other government charges apply, they will be reflected in the order total at checkout.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or fails authorisation, your order will not be processed. Please verify your payment details, ensure sufficient funds are available, or use an alternative payment method. If an amount is deducted but your order is not confirmed, please contact us with your transaction reference so we can investigate and resolve it, including reversing any duplicate or erroneous charge.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The time taken for a refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Refund eligibility and the process are set out in our Refund Policy.
8. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, we and our payment gateway may carry out verification and fraud-screening checks on transactions. We reserve the right to delay, decline or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
