Booking Policy

This Booking Policy explains how pre-orders and bookings for seasonal durian and durian products are placed and managed at durianpark.com, operated by Wizleo Equity Management (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“DurianPark”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It should be read together with our Service Terms and Conditions, Payment Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Why We Offer Bookings

Durian is a seasonal fruit and premium varieties such as Musang King, D24 and Ochee are available in limited quantities during harvest periods. To help you secure your preferred variety and delivery date, we allow customers to place bookings (pre-orders) ahead of, or during, the durian season.

2. How to Place a Booking

  • Select the durian variety and quantity you wish to book on the Website and complete the checkout process, or contact us directly at info@durianpark.com / +60 14-2832-841.
  • Provide your preferred delivery or collection date and a valid contact number.
  • A booking is confirmed only after we issue a booking confirmation by email.

3. Deposits & Payment

Depending on the product and quantity, a booking may require full payment or a deposit at the time of booking. Any deposit will be clearly stated before you confirm. The balance, if any, becomes payable before dispatch or on the agreed date. Payments are processed in accordance with our Payment Policy.

4. Availability & Harvest Variability

As durian is a natural agricultural product, the exact harvest date, grade, size and quantity cannot be guaranteed and depend on weather and growing conditions. Where a booked variety is unavailable due to crop conditions, we will, at your option, offer a suitable alternative variety of equivalent value, reschedule your delivery, or provide a refund of amounts paid for the unavailable item.

5. Delivery Scheduling

We will contact you to confirm the delivery or collection window as your booked items become ready. Because durian is perishable, please ensure you or an authorised recipient is available to receive the order at the scheduled time. Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy.

6. Changes to a Booking

Requests to change the variety, quantity or delivery date of a booking should be made as early as possible by contacting us. We will do our best to accommodate changes subject to availability, but changes cannot be guaranteed once items have been allocated or dispatched.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel a booking before the items are prepared or dispatched for a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposit clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • Once perishable items have been harvested, prepared or dispatched specifically for your booking, the booking cannot be cancelled and amounts paid are non-refundable, except where the product is defective on arrival.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
